Studies show music is very healthy! Scientist found more grey matter in the auditory cortex of the right hemisphere in musicians compared to nonmusicians. It proves its not genetic, but due to use and practice of music. The more you introduce music into your life, the better off you'll be.

Classical music is making people smarter. They find more women listening to music while they're pregnant because studies show it increases their intelligence. Music helps reduce stress, depression, lower blood pressure, and is an excellent pain reliever. Music also helps easing epilepsy, calm babies, increase lung capacity, and maintain better immunity.
